Uit ervaring weet ik dat het erg makkelijk is om bij tijdgebrek een pak koekjes mee te pakken onderweg naar school. Dus hier geven we inzicht (van moeders bij het schoolplein) in de gezonde snacks die kinderen wel lekker vinden en zullen eten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.0pt;\"><span lang=\"NL\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">Zorg ervoor dat je kinderen betrokken zijn bij je vraagstuk \u201cgezonde snacks\u201d door ze suikerklontjes te laten tellen met de \u2018Sugar Smart\u2019 app. Het is eenvoudig te gebruiken. Scan simpelweg de streepjescode van hun favoriete drankje of snack\/tussendoortje en je ziet hoeveel suikerklontjes erin zijn verwerkt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.0pt;\"><span lang=\"NL\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; color: #333333;\">Mijn kinderen waren geschrokken van het aantal suikerklontjes dat verwerkt is in hun favoriete pak koekjes\u2026. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-93\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mynametags.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/image-1.png\" alt=\"image 1\" width=\"300\" height=\"289\"><strong>De \u20185 per dag\u2019 binnenkrijgen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We weten allemaal dat fruit of groente als supergezonde snack, door niets verslagen kan worden. Maak het binnenkrijgen van de \u20185 per dag\u2019 tot iets leuks door bijvoorbeeld fruit op cocktailprikkers te geven of met een kleurrijke zak vol fruit en groente. Mijn 8 jarige is dol op komkommer, selderij en wortel met een potje humus- perfect voor een snelle naschoolse snack. Zowel los te eten als op crackers of rijstwafels\/beschuit. Een gekookt ei is eenvoudig en snel klaar te maken. Doe er wat kaas op of jam (zonde toegevoegde suikers natuurlijk) banaan, humus of gepureerde avocado. Gezonde notenboter(s) zonder toegevoegde suikers zoals amandel of cashew. Als alternatief, kies gezonde snacks en repen zonder toegevoegde suikers of additieven. Ze zitten alleen niet boordenvol omega oli\u00ebn, ze vullen ook behoorlijk. Zoek naar onbewerkte noten zonder zout of suiker. Het is leuk om te maken en het smaakt zo veel lekkerder dan een magnetron zak popcorn of kantenklare zak.
